We don’t offer one-size-fits-all care. At Elevate, your plan is built around you – your needs, your goals, and how your body responds to treatment. Here's how the process works:

Step 1: New member visit

A full consultation and assessment to understand what’s going on.

Your first visit is focused on listening, observing, and gathering insight. We'll talk through your concerns, past health issues, and goals. Then we carry out a full body assessment, including:

  • Neurological, orthopaedic, and movement testing
  • Postural analysis using advanced software
  • A full review of your spinal function and nervous system

There’s no treatment at this stage – it’s about getting a clear picture before moving forward. If we think further scans or tests are needed, we’ll let you know.

Step 2: Your health report

We explain what we’ve found and what your options are.

At your second visit, we’ll walk you through the results of your assessment. We’ll explain what we’ve discovered, what it means, and how we can help.

If we feel chiropractic care is the right next step, we’ll create a tailored care plan for you. We’ll outline how often we recommend you come in, what we’ll focus on, and what kind of results you can expect.

You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and decide if you’d like to begin care. If we don’t think we’re the right fit, we’ll help you find someone who is.

Step 3: Chiropractic care

Hands-on adjustments to help restore balance and function.

Chiropractic care involves a technique called an adjustment – a precise, gentle movement to improve spinal motion and relieve tension. Adjustments are very safe, and we’ll always talk through what we’re doing beforehand.

Like going to the gym, chiropractic works best when it’s consistent. Over a series of sessions, we help your body adapt to better movement and reduced stress. We’ll also offer guidance on posture, movement, and general wellbeing throughout your care.

You’ll have regular reviews so we can track your progress and adjust your plan if needed. We also offer membership options to help keep care accessible for you and your family.

While food choices can feel overwhelming, most of us know the basics: real food most of the time, enough water, and fewer ultra-processed snacks. We don’t aim for perfection — just consistency that supports your energy, healing, and performance.

4. Mindset & Community

A healthy nervous system also needs space to breathe. Time away from screens, a walk, time with loved ones, or simply space to reset your mind can profoundly impact your wellbeing. Our clinic is designed to give you a moment of pause — and a reminder that healing is possible.
