Helping people reconnect with their body – and what it's capable of
Michael’s journey with chiropractic began when he was just 3 years old. His mum had been off work for over a year with severe back pain and offered little more than medication that didn’t help.
It was only after starting chiropractic care that she was able to return to work and regain her quality of life. Around the same time, his older brother, who had never slept through the night, finally did so after his very first adjustment. Michael himself wasn’t in pain, but his parents quickly saw the wider benefits of chiropractic care.
From that point on, chiropractic became part of the family’s approach to staying well, and it’s a philosophy that still drives Michael’s work today.
That early experience laid the foundation for a lifelong belief in the body’s ability to heal, adapt, and thrive when it’s supported well. That belief is now at the heart of his work at Elevate.

A Philosophy of Care
Pause, realign, reconnect
Michael's care is grounded in a full-body approach, one that looks at how you move, how you hold tension, and how your nervous system is functioning. Patients often say they feel more grounded just walking into the space. After each session, they leave with a clearer head, a freer body, and a stronger sense of connection between the two.
From supporting someone through long-standing pain to simply helping them feel more resilient in a busy life, Michael creates space for people to pause, realign, and reconnect with themselves. He has a particular interest in helping active individuals perform at their best and overcome dysfunctional movement patterns, especially those who’ve been told that nothing more can be done.
Outside the clinic, Michael keeps a regular rhythm of health and recovery. He enjoys running, cycling, and functional training, along with weekly sauna and cold plunge sessions to stay mentally and physically refreshed. Daily dog walks keep him grounded and moving, and like many of his patients, he receives weekly chiropractic adjustments to keep his own nervous system in balance.
Accessible, affordable, aligned
Michael's long-term vision is clear: to make chiropractic care more accessible, affordable, and fully aligned with its original intent - regular, proactive support for the nervous system, not just reaction to pain.
“I want people in Bristol to experience care the way I’ve always known it, as a tool to help your body stay balanced, adaptable, and better able to meet the demands of life.”
